Meydan City Dubai
Meydan City is a newly developed area in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.
It was first opened in 2007 on the occasion of the Dubai World Cup. The total development area covers 3,700,000 m². The Dubai Meydan City project was completed in 2012 and the entire development includes hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, clubs, a plaza, a cinema, towers, and a boathouse. The Meydan Racecourse can accommodate over 60,000 spectators on a mile-long grandstand. Outside the racing season, it serves as an integrated conference facility for companies.
