Taunusanlage 8 Frankfurt am Main

The 68-meter-high building in Frankfurt's banking district, with around 29,000 square meters of rental space, was completed in 2015. The result: a prime location, state-of-the-art architecture, and an exemplary sustainability concept.

One of the highlights of the high-rise building will be the 75 m² glass-covered lobby, 17 m high, which opens up a view of the H-shaped tower.
Green building to the highest standards: the pursuit of efficiency in this elegant property is also reflected in its sustainability concept. Taunusanlage 8 has already been awarded DGNB Gold pre-certification. The aim is to obtain additional LEED Platinum certification for the complex.
