Zurich Airport
Zurich Airport is the largest airport in Switzerland. It is operated by the publicly traded company Flughafen Zürich AG.
In 2018, the airport received the World Travel Award in the category “Europe's Leading Airport” for the 16th consecutive year. Zurich Airport is also ranked among the 10 best airports in the world by millions of travelers in the annual Skytrax Awards, coming first in the “20-30 million passengers” category in 2017. [4]
The airport serves as a hub for several airlines and is the home airport for Swiss, Edelweiss Air, and Helvetic Airways. The headquarters of the Swiss Air Rescue Service (Rega) is also located at Zurich Airport.
